This course will offer a review of recent developments and new perspectives in the field of movement disorders. We will review new models for delivering out-patient care, advances in our understanding of the complex cognitive and behavioural phenotypes of neurodegenerative movement disorders, developments in the surgical management of movement disorders and the indications for referral, and offer an update of recent ataxia research.
