Course
Despite advances in technology, clinical assessment of cognitive function continues to rely on neuropsychological tests. Since the development of the MMSE, and later the MoCA, there have been advances on test batteries available to neurologists to help with the diagnosis of cognitive disorders. This course will highlight new developments in how to administer well-known tests such as the MoCA and MMSE. It will also introduce some of the newer test batteries available to neurologists. Attendees will learn practical tips that they can put to use in their practice for the assessment of patients with cognitive symptoms.
